The portfolio of sales closed by Alison includes urban and agricultural land, industrial/R&D, multi-family, office, single-tenant triple-net properties and build-to-suit, both within the Central Coast area and nationwide.
Prior to joining Mahoney & Associates, Alison’s sales career was based in the Bay Area and was primarily devoted to telecommunications/data networks and off-shore printing and manufacturing and followed a successful 15 year career as an illustrator and commercial artist. Her education is a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Old Dominion University and graduate studies (graphic marketing/advertising) from Illinois State University
