Licensed California Real Estate Broker, Josh began his commercial real estate career nearly 22 years ago and has surpassed $1 billion in real estate sales. Quickly emerging as a leader in the Northern California market, Josh left Keegan & Coopin Commercial Real Estate in 2007 to join Cushman & Wakefield here in Monterey. Utilizing his strong work ethic and personal network in the San Francisco Bay Area, Josh immersed himself into the local market and engaged actively in the community.

Initially on the board of the YMCA, and more recently an active supporter of the SPCA of Monterey County, Santa Catalina School, Youth On Course as well as Every Mother Counts, Josh dives in wholeheartedly into every venture he takes on.
