James Kendall was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula in California. Upon graduation from Pacific Grove High, he moved to San Luis Obispo where he graduated from Columbia College with his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration, concentrating on Marketing, Management, Human Resources and International Business. During his studies he spent extensive time Colombia, South America where he learned and became fluent in Spanish.

James has a passion for all things Commercial Real Estate and especially enjoys presenting to his clients how they can build generational wealth with a portfolio of quality assets. With over 12 years of sales experience, James is able to see the patterns that weave through each transaction and guide the process towards an amenable situation for all parties. He brings a vitality and excitement to the commercial real estate business that focuses on addressing his client’s needs and crafting inventive solutions to their problems. He specializes in single tenant net leased investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, and current market analysis information for clients.
