A licensed California real estate Broker, Josh began his commercial real estate career nearly 20 years ago. Quickly emerging as a leader in the Northern California market, Josh left Keegan & Coopin Commercial Real Estate in 2007 to join Cushman & Wakefield here in Monterey. Utilizing his strong work ethic and personal network in the San Francisco Bay Area, Josh immersed himself into the local market and engaged actively in the community. Initially on the board of the YMCA, and more recently an active supporter of the SPCA of Monterey County, Santa Catalina School as well as Every Mother Counts, Josh dives in wholeheartedly into every venture he takes on. Josh is pleased to join local powerhouse, Mahoney & Associates as a Partner in 2020. The hardworking and ethical individuals at this firm complement Josh’s philosophies. Together their combined strength allows him to better serve his clients.

When not in the office you’ll find Josh running the New York or Big Sur Marathon, at the soccer field with his son, at the pool with his daughter or traveling with his wife and children. Josh is a family man, as well as a consummate professional.
